Hey guys,
I am an investor/agent and I work with a lot of real estate investors, so almost every day I am asked if I have rental properties available for rent. Most of the time we don’t because they are already rented.
So I ask why do they want to rent and what are they looking for. Most of these people simply do not understand how expensive rent really is and that there is very little benefit to renting.
Many renters do not realize that we have programs that offer no money down, FREE credit repair, and we can get them below market interest rates on their mortgage. So why would you want to rent?
I ask them what are you paying monthly and many of these renters are paying $2,000 a month, which equals $24,000 a year they are throwing away with no reimbursement or future appreciation protection.
