We value you as a customer and we have taken every step to ensure your buying success and complete satisfaction. Therefore, we have compiled this list to help you know what activities we will be engaged in and the order in which they will happen. When you commit to us, we will commit to you...
Here is our buyer activity checklist:
- Make sure you are pre-qualified, and if not provide you with reputable Loan Officers to get you prequalified for the purchase of your home.
- Identify your home buying criteria
- Custom Automated Home Searches based on your conditions.
- We will check all sources daily to make sure you are receiving every home that meets your criteria
- Schedule and show you all properties that you want to see.
- Determine the Fair Market Price when making an offer.
- Draft any offers that you would like to submit.
- Negotiate offers to ensure you are getting the best possible value and terms.
- Follow-up with the Listing Realtor or homeowner on any offer(s) that have been submitted
- Once your offer is accepted, we will coordinate with the title company to open escrow and deliver the contract and earnest money to them.
- Help you schedule the Home Inspector based on your schedule and the contract timelines.
- If repairs are needed, we will draft an addendum requesting the seller to address your concerns.
- We will follow-up with the seller to ensure that the agreed-upon repairs are completed in a satisfactory manner.
- Make sure all contract timelines are met.
- Keep in touch with the Title Company and the Lender to make sure closing is on schedule and keep you updated throughout the process.
- Schedule and perform the Final Walk Through with you.
- Schedule settlement date with Title once closing documents are out of underwriting.
- Coordinate with you, Title, and the Lender on getting the closing documents signed per contract dates.
- Contact you immediately upon closing/recordation and deliver you the keys to your new home.
